10 Traits Managers/Recruiters Look for in an Intern During an Interview

10 traits I've observed recruiters and managers value in interns and how to demonstrate these traits in an interview. 

This list is comprised of: 

1.) Attributes recruiters and managers have told me they look for in interns 

2.) Attributes I've observed my managers placing high value on throughout my three internships

If I had this list in my first couple years in college while looking for internships, it would have been a game changer. I would have had so much more confidence talking to employers and securing internships.
